President
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Gracia directs the support services for our clients and internal company functions. She coordinates directly with medical providers and attorneys and supervises the company operations team to ensure Puma Management maintains the highest levels of service excellence for our clients.
Gracia previously served as a personal injury paralegal at a successful law firm, handling client intake, communication, medical services and legal processes and filings. She has also supported law firms with specialized marketing projects.
Gracia earned a Bachelors Degree in Business from Nevada State College. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Operations Specialist
As Operations Specialist, Haryan directly supports our clients and associates with critical communication and processes, including underwriting, collections and client service.
Haryan possesses 10+ years of experience in client servicing, administration and inside sales. She has worked with multiple companies in the U.S in the health care and athletic industries.
Haryan earned a Bachelors Degree in International Business and holds certificates in Digital Marketing. She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Director IT
Sanket led the development of our proprietary Puma TRAX Lien Management System and manages ongoing maintenance and new versioning of the platform. He also manages web development and digital architecture for the firm.
Sanket has 10+ years of professional experience in developing and managing IT properties and operations. Specific experience includes working with Network Devices, Windows and Linux applications, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and network and web security platforms. He holds certifications in AWS and Microsoft solutions.
Operations specialist
As Finance Specialist, Angie supports our clients with financial transaction processes, documentation and related services. She also conducts financial and accounting activities for the company.
Angie earned a degree in Engineering and has 4 years of experience in business finance and operations. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Marketing Director
Carlos serves as the Director of Marketing for Puma Management, providing strategic and functional leadership for all marketing programs for the company and the marketing initiatives for our clients. Carlos has worked with clients including Coca-Cola, the Miss Universe Pageant, Banco Popular, Merck, Starbucks, and many others.
Carlos was formerly the co-owner and Vice President of Operations of the Hispanic Yellow Pages; where he was responsible for the production and distribution of millions of directories in the US and leading major promotional programs in major Hispanic markets.
